Our design approach brings guests closer to nature and celebrates the beautiful surrounds of the beach and sea. 36 Palms combines natural materials such as Ecuadorian plantation teak, local red wood and laterite stone with antique Keralan pillars and furniture. Handcrafted outdoor furniture, open yoga sala and other design features lend the property its beautiful and relaxed tone. Large windows and expansive decks provide view during your holiday on spectacular sunsets over the Arabian sea.
Our luxury hotel has ten rooms offering guests exclusivity, privacy and personalised service. We have four individually styled deluxe sea view rooms and six garden level rooms. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, mini bar, tea and coffee and air conditioning. Breakfast and WiFi are included in the room rates.
Dine at our beautiful poolside terrace where we serve traditional Kerala and north Indian cuisine. Local seafood is our speciality and we also offer customised specialities of the day for lunch and dinner.
36 Palms-Heritage Wing / Annexe
This room has high ceiling and cottage like ambiance. Perfect for honeymooners and for romantic stays.It is in a separate compound with 5 tastefully decorated Kerala heritage rooms. lots of common area and a sea facing multi-cuisine restaurant. Swimming pool facility and common area's can be used in 36 Palms compound.

-All bookings will be confirmed upon receiving 100% deposit

-Check in 14.00; check out 11.00. Late checkout until 15:00 Hrs & Early Check in before 10:00 Hrs is possible subject to availability and can be chargeable;
-For foreign bookings exchange rate is applicable as of the date of booking/transaction;
-Type of bed, view from the room depends upon availability at the time of arrival only, all rooms have bathroom attached.
